Frequently asked questions

Does paying affect my score?
No. Scores are computed strictly from the published rubric — see the scoring methodology. Paid tiers grant catalog placement, badges, and runtime benchmarking — they never influence how the score itself is calculated.
How is the Verified tier different from the score?
The score is the agent's benchmark performance. Verified is an admin-reviewed listing tier that adds a badge, embeddable widget, and priority placement in catalog filters. Verified status does not change the score weighting.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Manage tiers from your billing dashboard.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing is available on request for Verified-tier and bundled subscriptions. Email hello@benchlytix.com — multi-year contracts are not offered.
